Being a performer is not an easy task. Your body is your instrument, and you need to do everything in your power to keep it in tip top shape. I’ve always been extremely interested in learning about nutrition, working out, and overall health practices. I knew that having a solid base of these things would help me feel and look my best. It’s nearly impossible to sustain performing 8 shows (or more) a week if you are not taking care of yourself!
I have performed on both cruise ships and national tours, so I know what it is like to be thrown into completely new environments with not many food options. It can be stressful and overwhelming, especially because how we feel and look can have a huge impact on our performance. I have made many mistakes with nutrition and health while out on my contracts, and I am here to help you through it so you don’t have to make the same mistakes that I did!
